The inspiration for Pardess began by working in an organic field near Paris in 2002. The dream was to live life organically with style and beauty.
From picking carrots and tomatoes to designing couture eveningwear, Mimi founded the Pardess label in May 2007.
Pardess means Orchard or Paradise in ancient script, and living in harmony with the land is at the centre of our philosophy.

Organic lifestyles let nature do the talking.

We aim to work with the natural ecosystem to protect habitats and produce guilt-free fashion. Growing conventional cotton utilises 30% of the world’s pesticides, polluting our water supplies, endangering the natural ecosystem and affecting farmers and workers. Our organic collection is made in our London studio completely by hand, ensuring that the highest quality and detail goes into every garment.
