We make every garment with love and care, and aim to dispatch to you within 1 week of receiving the order. For urgent orders which are required in less time please contact us before placing the order.

All garment are dispatched within the UK by Recorded Mail to ensure that they arrive with you promptly and undamaged.

For EU and overseas purchases, please contact us for delivery prices.

Pardess is not responsible for any overseas import tax payable on a purchase once it has been dispatched. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

To help ensure the right sizing, please refer to the Pardess size chart.

Refunds may be obtained on all garments returned to us in the condition which they were sent within 28 days, unused, unworn and unwashed in the original packaging, with all the tags attached and intact. Garments which have been specially made to client specification are not liable for a refund.
